Powerful messaging options
If a data group online form includes an email field the Data Manager allows you to search for a specific list of records and send a broadcast email to those results. Or send to all record email addresses at once. Short Code Messaging is also built-in. If you have a Short Code Messaging package and the data group includes a cell phone field you can send broadcast short code text messages to those records.

Automatic PDF generation for all records and notifications
Each submission includes an automatically generated PDF that is included with the form submission notification. Download record PDF's directly from the record management area. Send automatic notifications to the admin and user after submission and include a document with the notification.

Allow viewing and searching of records in website
Each data group form has a viewing page that can be enabled or disabled for use in the website. Display contractor lists or affiliate lists directly in a page of the website. Require login or allow public viewing of the viewing pages.

Allow logged in members to manage their own submissions
Enable or disable a special page for logged in users to view their own submission records. For example, create a beneficiaries form and let members submit their individual beneficiaries then view them on a special page.. You can even allow logged in users to edit their own submission records.

Built-in Statistics for select menus
If the data group from includes select menus with set options you can view graphs of the submission results. This is a great option for viewing the results of a survey form or getting a quick view of percentages of selections in those select menus.
